Albanians ride sometimes agresively.
People
Man without Mercedes is not Albanian. Bonus is to own petrol station.
They probably know that they are not beloved in Europe, so in their country they are very polite and decent.
Accomodation
Use booking.com, many apartments but also hotels at very good level.
Shopping
No problem to pay with card on petrol stations.
Problem to pay by card in many restaurants.
Eating, drinking
Water is drinkable.
Food is at good level, somewhere really strange.
